Ruth Marder provides gift to establish scholarships for disadvantage students of Baltimore City and County

Baltimore resident Ruth R. Marder, an active member of the community and serving on Towson's board of visitors has pledged to give $1 million to the University's "Top 10% Program." The program is designed to provide substantial funding for highly achieving high school students in Baltimore City or Baltimore County public high schools. (more)
