The stands and the balcony filled with students, alumni and the general public Saturday night, as the crowd filed in for "Laughstock '07."

Held in the Towson Center, the comedy show featured Joe Robinson, Mickey Cucchiella, and Dave Attell.

The event was sponsored by 98Rock and Donahoo Ford.

"I wanna see how Mickey is on stage," 21-year-old Bel Air resident Thomas Perry said.

Cucchiella is the host of the 98Rock morning show, "Mickey, Amelia and Spiegel," and Robinson is from 98Rock's night show, "Irresponsible Radio."

Kristy Redding, a 24-year-old Towson alumnus from Baltimore, had heard about the event through co-workers. She said she was looking forward to Attell's performance.

"I watched 'Insomniac' every once in a while," she said.

As the lights dimmed, local celebrity Scott Donahoo was introduced to the stage.

After a short routine, he called Josh Spiegel, Amelia Ryerse and Cucchiella to the stage. He also called up Robinson, producer Scott Reardon, Tom Schniedwind from Special Olympics Maryland, Tom the Polar Bear and Jimmy Jamz.

They then presented a check, from Bunky Bartlett - a Mega Millions Lottery winner - for $200,000 to the Special Olympics Athletes.

Afterwards, "Extra" reporter and radio comedian Carlos Diaz, took the stage. He talked about Britney Spears and made remarks about other celebrities.

Robinson took the stage next and went on a 10-minute rant about his wife and his sex-life.

After a 15-minute intermission, Cucchiella started his act, which included discussion of his wife's hysterectomy. He then made his way through the audience and began praising some of the female attendees.

He praised 20-year-old Erika Ihnat from Joppatowne, who said she only happened to be at the show because she was serving as a driver for her friends.

Attell took the stage next, beginning his nearly hour-long set with a sketch about Jagermeister and other types of alcohol.

Upon noticing a couple of 15-year-old boys in the front row, he paid them plenty of attention. Throughout the show he gave them tips on alcohol and prom night.

Attell's set included sex, drugs, alcohol, religion, porn, and presidential candidates.

He ended the show with predictions of how everyone's nights would end according to their drinks and wished them safe rides home.
